Our Export Process
From your first inquiry to delivery at your port — we handle every step with transparency and care.
Inquiry & Quotation
Send us your product requirements, quantities, and destination port. We respond with a detailed quotation within 48 hours including unit price, MOQ, lead time, and packaging details.
Sample Approval
We dispatch physical samples or share detailed photographs and finish swatches for your approval. Samples can be customised to your specifications before bulk production begins.
Order Confirmation & Production
Upon receipt of your advance payment (typically 30–50%), we commence production. You receive regular production updates and photos throughout the manufacturing cycle.
Quality Inspection & Packing
Every piece undergoes our in-house QC inspection. We offer third-party pre-shipment inspection on request. Furniture is packed in export-grade corrugated boxes with foam padding and wooden crating for fragile items.
Shipment & Documentation
We handle all export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin. Shipments are dispatched from Mundra or Nhava Sheva (JNPT) ports.
Delivery & After-Sales
Balance payment is released against shipping documents. We remain available post-delivery for any queries, warranty claims, or repeat order planning.

Mumbai port — ideal for time-sensitive shipments and LCL consolidations.

Transit times are estimates from port of loading and may vary based on carrier schedules and destination customs clearance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We regularly ship mixed FCL containers combining bedroom, dining, living, and decorative items. Minimum order value applies to the full container.
Absolutely. We accept OEM orders with custom dimensions, wood species, hardware, and finish specifications. Share your tech pack or mood board and we will quote accordingly.
We primarily work with Mango Wood, Acacia and Sheesham (Indian Rosewood) . We also source Teak and other hardwoods on request.
Yes. We welcome third-party pre-shipment inspection by agencies. Inspection costs are borne by the buyer
